Armand helped make my house buying experience very smooth and controlled. Armand would organise times with inspectors, electricians and any other party that was involved in necessary checks being carried out through the conditional process, meaning I could focus on my responsabilites of organising finances and solicitor requirments. This process was easy to work into my daily schedule and I didn't loose any paid time from work, or sacrifice my hobbies / everyday activities. Armand was always upfront and transparent, and any information I needed, he was quick to reach out to the vendor and communicate it back to me. Armand was always friendly and never put any pressure on myself to make a decision faster or favor the vendors outcome. Any request I had, Armand would make sure it was furfilled which enabled me to buy the house. It has been an honour to work with Armand and I appreciate the work he has done to get me into my first home. Buying a house is supposed to be one of the most stressful experiences in life. Apparently nobody told Lisa Ny. From day one, Lisa was calm, knowledgeable, endlessly patient, and somehow always had the answer to my latest "quick question" (which often turned into several not-so-quick questions). She guided me through the entire process with professionalism, humour, and the kind of reassurance usually provided by therapists and emergency services. A special mention to Liz O'Neill, who also helped along the way and was lovely to deal with, encouraging and supportive also! What I expected: stress, confusion, and mild panic. What I got: a home I love and a surprisingly mostly enjoyable buying experience. If real estate agents had a Hall of Fame, Lisa would have her own wing, complete with a statue and a gift shop. The presentation of our property we were selling online was the best. The video, photos and write up were excellent. The agents sales skills and knowledge were first rate. Our house was not the standard package and needed explaining in detail in order for the benefits of the property to shine through to prospective buyers. He did a great job in this respect achieving our asking price. I cant ask for any more than that. The fees were reasonable too and the overall experience was stress free. I will definately be using him again.
