With weekly feedback and increased exposure on social media, I was able to sell my house at a reasonable price even in this sluggish market. I would choose Linda again.

she have excellent communication skills and strong professional knowledge, which helped me solve problems.

In this sluggish housing market, she worked very hard to find me a buyer, she was very conscientious in her work.

This was our first house-for-sale expeience in 18 Years, we needed guidance and help! Lucky for us, an acquantance recommended Bren & Nicole. They talked the talk ( no pressure), then they walked the walk alongside us, every step of the way (no pressure) and then they helped us get a decent sale price at auction, in a bullish BUYERS market (no pressure). From first contact, to signing the exclusive Agent documents, to assisting with a Conveyancer, assiting with a Stager, to running a stunningly detailed marketing campaign with written feedback, to guiding our responses at Auction: These two professionals had our trust and they delivered. We now look forward to their continued assistance in finding a new home! We will look them up before we consider our next property deal in years to come. What a team, awesome job Nicole and Bren. Thank you so much for being you! Avril & Gerhard.

Bren was great to deal with from start to finish. He’s super communicative, approachable and knowledgeable. He knows his stuff. His marketing is also next level. The home selling video absolutely marked the spot. It genuinely felt like we’d found the golden ticket. He brings so much personality and energy to it, and he knows exactly how to make a property stand out. He’s professional, down-to-earth, and clearly knows his market. We would 100% recommend him to any vendor. Thanks again Bren.

Nicole and Bren did an incredible job selling our home. They were creative in their marketing, negotiations and in solving the inevitable little hiccups that occured along the way. We really appreciated their clear communication, they were incredibly responsive to our questions and concerns. We would definitely recommend them!

They made everything seem easy! I highly recommend this exceptional team.

I initially contacted Andrew regarding the sale price of a property he sold in my area. I found him very personable, professional & helpful. He seemed to have good knowledge of the area. When I was ready to sell I invited him in to my home to have a chat about selling. He was patient with me as I had a few things to do to my house, but I always knew I was going to list with him. His partner, Helen was out with some buyers….after finding out their needs she decided my house sounded perfect. An agency agreement was signed up so they were able to bring them through. The buyers were very keen & subsequently put an offer in which after some negotiating was accepted by myself. Andrew put me in contact with a company who were able do some work for me, which I was very grateful for. I would definitely recommend Andrew & Helen to anyone selling their property…a very positive experience. Karen

Andrew listened carefully to our requirements and wishes with a sense of humour, friendly nature and professional attitude that quickly put us at ease. His local knowledge, contacts within the community and excellent negotiation abilities have ensured a positive outcome. Andrew's determination to succeed enabled him to achieve our desired location and style of property resulting in a home that we dreamed of.
