I initially contacted Andrew regarding the sale price of a property he sold in my area. I found him very personable, professional & helpful. He seemed to have good knowledge of the area. When I was ready to sell I invited him in to my home to have a chat about selling. He was patient with me as I had a few things to do to my house, but I always knew I was going to list with him. His partner, Helen was out with some buyers….after finding out their needs she decided my house sounded perfect. An agency agreement was signed up so they were able to bring them through. The buyers were very keen & subsequently put an offer in which after some negotiating was accepted by myself. Andrew put me in contact with a company who were able do some work for me, which I was very grateful for. I would definitely recommend Andrew & Helen to anyone selling their property…a very positive experience. Karen
