That really helped us in deciding which houses are not worth our money. When we faced some delays in arranging the finances, he worked with the vendor agent and the lawyers, and found an innovative way to keep the contract alive which benefitted both us and the sellers. We didn't have to worry about getting penalised due to the delays which were out of our control. Meghan is very prompt at responding, and understands the property market extremely well. We have no hesitation in recommending Meghan, he has helped us find our dream house, and we have no doubt will do so for others.
