Agencies in Bendigo, Otago

I can say that Steve Hanrahan did exceptionally well to sell our house against the odds of the government lowering the threshold of investors being able to sell their house after only two years which flooded the Queenstown market and made it very hard to sell our house but he is a persistent and passionate agent whom doesn’t give up and managed to reach an acceptable agreement with us and buyers after a prolonged effort , I would highly recommend Steve to any potential client . And he was one of only three agents whom actually answered our call straight away when we wished to cell

Tessa originally helped me as a draftsman on my build, so I knew how she worked before I hired her to sell it. She was just as good as an agent. She sent a vendor report every week and was straight with me whether things were busy or quiet. She tracked competing listings, chased buyers waiting on finance, and always got back to me quickly. When the offers came in she moved fast and kept everything clear, even with several counter offers going back and forth in one day. The sale went through smoothly. Her design background is a real bonus, because she understands how a house is built and can talk about it with authority. I'd happily use her again and recommend her to anyone selling, especially owner-builders.

We had an amazing experience working with Clare! She was fantastic to deal with from start to finish, with excellent communication throughout the entire process. She was always friendly, approachable and more than happy to answer any questions we had. She made the whole process of purchasing our home so easy and stress-free. We couldn't have asked for a better person to help us through the experience and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home. Thank you for making our home-buying journey such a positive experience!
