Lisa is a friendly, bubbly and helpful real estate agent. She kept us informed at all stages from listing to selling. Lisa helped negotiations between three groups with all happy afterwards.
From the start when I looked at the property I bought I found Kathy very knowledgeable about the property. Ended up as a multi offer situation and I was informed as soon as offers were being made to give me a chance to put in my offer. Went very smoothly and I didn't feel anxious at all while waiting for the sellers to make their decision. Kathy's marketing skills and communication was very professional and I found the whole experience very easy and relaxed.
