I just wanted to say that Joy and Linda were fantastic to deal with to complete the sale of 34A Frank St. There were a few complexities and issues to get the sale across the line with a first-home, low deposit buyer and they managed it all with the benefit of their experience and positive attitude. They obviously had a great relationship with the buyer which enabled clear communication and the flexibility to complete an early settlement once the tenant had moved out. Joy, Linda, and EVES, will obviously be my go-to when I choose to sell my next rental property.

The current market is not an easy sell but they preserved for us and with their local knowledge and experience we achieved a great price.
