I recently purchased a property through Rob and found him friendly, approachable and very easy to deal with throughout the whole process. There was quite a bit of back and forth involved in getting the deal across the line, and Rob worked hard between both sides to find a solution that everyone could agree on. Rob was always happy to answer questions and has continued to be helpful even after the agreement was signed. I really appreciated his practical, relaxed approach and would happily recommend him.

Rob was amazing throughout the entire process from giving an expectation as to what we could expect and what we needed to do from a paperwork as well as improvement perspective. He kept us informed of what was occurring before and after open homes and got us a sale in a challenging market.
