Having known Sam through out her Real Estate career, I had no hesitation in appointing her as our agent in this house sale. She more than lived up to our expectations with her very professional approach and communications. Sam and Andy were a pleasure to work with and they worked very well together to get this sale to a very successful conclusion. The process of purchasing a home can be stressful especially when new to the area however we felt safe with Simon. He quickly understood what we were looking for and the things that ticked the boxes for us, and although very professional in his field we really appreciated his down to earth, relatable manner. Simon was quick to return phone calls and emails and went to great lengths to find out the 'answer' to any queries we did have. We also loved the fact Simon is Kerikeri born and bred so lots of tips/knowledge for us newcomers in that regard. We would very happily work with Simon again whether buying or selling a home. Simon was professional in his dealings with us and a great communicator right through the journey which we really appreciated. From our first meeting discussing the market and the process of selling, to sending us a photo of an item in the house which he was querying, prompt open home feedback to informing us about the timing of building inspections, we always knew what was happening.
