From our first conversation to auction day, we felt like we were Jen's only property on the market. She was always available, always positive, and always willing to go the extra mile. Her understanding of the market and the buyer groups most likely to be interested in our home was spot on. The campaign attracted more bidders than we thought possible, especially in the current market, and that was a direct reflection of the work Jen put in behind the scenes. One of Jen's greatest strengths is that she never sees problems, only solutions. Every obstacle was met with confidence, practical advice and a clear plan. She worked tirelessly with prospective buyers as well as with us, creating a process that achieved the best outcome for everyone involved. Beyond her professional skills, she's simply great to work with. She brings energy, enthusiasm and plenty of humour, which makes a huge difference during what is a stressful time for a seller. We're incredibly grateful for everything Jen did and couldn't recommend her highly enough.

We had our property on the market for five months with another agent and didn’t receive a single offer. Then we decided to work with Jennifer, and she and her teammate managed to sell it within just one month! Jennifer was fantastic from day one. She gave us great advice on how to better present the property and helped us completely refresh the staging and overall presentation. She also arranged new photos and videos, and the marketing looked so much more professional and appealing. She really knows how to highlight a property's best features and attract the right buyers. Throughout the whole process, Jennifer was organised, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. She explained everything clearly, kept us updated, and did a great job handling questions and concerns from both buyers and sellers. We’re incredibly grateful to Jennifer and her team for all their hard work and dedication. The result speaks for itself! If I ever sell another property, Jennifer will be the first person we call. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a professional agent who genuinely cares and gets results.

It was a great pleasure to work with Jen on the sale of our property. She worked extremely hard- right up to the eleventh hour and brought huge energy and dynamism to the project. She had a great range of contacts and helpfuily knew the ins and outs of the development market through her background in construction. Jen left no stone unturned in her efforts to attract buyers while being attentive to those showing interest. She displayed great intuitiion about the needs and preferences of potential buyers. She was honest, and provided good information about the market dynamics as they became clear through the process. A great pleasure to work with. She worked on our property with a colleague Harry Champtaloup and we found them to be a great pair, bringing their respetive contacts and knowledge and high energy levels for an outcome we were very happy with.
