It was over a decade since Peter and Steph first visited asking if we would consider selling. We advised only when the children had finished school. They backed off but promised to keep in touch, and true to their word, they phoned and supplied monthly market reports every year. This year, when we finally green-lighted going to market, they were both fantastic. They are a great team to work with, excellent communication skills, explaining the process and adjusting based on market feedback we could all work with. I highly recommend Peter and Steph; they guided us and made the process easy.

When we decided to sell our house we considered a number of Real Estate Agents and ended up choosing Peter and Stephanie. We were not disappointed. They both put in a lot of time and effort into firstly fully informing us about the process and then organizing the marketing of our house, including managing our open homes, and finally ensuring the sale of the property. At all times Peter and Stephanie kept us fully informed and were always available to answer any queries we had. They were both friendly to deal with but at the same time very professional. We would highly recommend them to any person or family wanting to sell their home. Thank you Peter and Stephanie for the successful sale of our loved home of 43 years. Roger and Margaret Duncan

I recently used Peter and Stephanie for the second time to market and sell my property, and I knew I could put my trust in them. They kept in touch on a regular basis and after open homes with their feedback and I can’t thank them enough for their support, understanding and professionalism. They are a well-oiled machine and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to friends and family.
