Kieran did a great job presenting common strategies, the current state of the market and suggestions on how we might get the best results for our money. We consistently had many people in interested and Kieran was kept very busy trying to figure out who was serious and presenting us offers. He was helpful with understanding what was involved with the contracts and giving us options and communicating our feedback to prospective buyers.
