Vanessa did an amazing job selling our property, very professional throughout the entire process. For many people this can be a very stressful time however Vanessa was able to make this simple and stress free. We have dealt with a number of agents over the years and I highly recommend Vanessa to any person looking to buy or sell their property.

Greig displayed professionalism and courtesy throughout the marketing process. He clearly had worked hard to research the local market and focused the marketing effort accordingly. We were included in the process throughout, and communication was first class, despite the difficulty of one of the vendors having to make an extended emergency trip to the UK very early in the process. As vendors, we found the rather frantic pace of Auction Day to be somewhat intimidating, and we felt pressurised to sign papers quickly both before and after the auction, without having sufficient time to read what we were signing. In hindsight, we should probably have tried to slow things down. We were surprised that Greig appeared not to have been kept fully "in the loop" by other agents who ultimately introduced the parties who became the two principal bidders at the auction - it seemed that communications between the agents could have been better. Some years ago, I worked in a real estate office, and as a courtesy the listing agent was always advised if another agent took a prospective buyer to view a property. We have not discussed this aspect with Greig but imagine he would have been uncomfortable with the situation.

Superb service from day 1 right through the appraisal process, marketing plan, private viewings, open homes and negotiations of the offers that we received. They work damn hard.
