Working with Tiku (T) has been a great experience for my partner Tom and I in the sale of our family home. From our first meeting we were impressed with all the research of recent sales and comparable homes in our neighbourhood plus the plan for marketing our home which was detailed and thoughtful. Throughout the open home process, T gave us very regular and detailed updates and anytime we had any questions his communication was very quick and helpful. When it came close to our auction date, T provided great advice on strategy and then next steps to achieve the sale of our home which ended up happening by deadline sale. He also really listened to what we needed to achieve and by when. T is very knowledgable about real estate and we have thoroughly enjoyed working with both T and John.
