His professionalism, friendliness, knowledge of all things pertains to the sale of our house gave us confidence that we would have a good outcome, which we did! At the beginning, and all through the process, Gary gave us good advice as to how to effectively prepare our home so that no unforseen roadblocks would stall the process. He ensured that Council Compliance was confirmed, the house and grounds were up to scratch and all was ready for the Open Homes. We had a very encouraging number of potential buyers through the home and four commenced bidding at Auction. the result was above our expectation, and that we attribute to Gary & Ben's professionalism throughout the whole process. Couldn't have asked for anything better.

They listened to us, but took responsibility for the campaign; they reassured us when necessary but flagged potential issues that we should address; they prepared us for a modest outcome and delivered a sensational result. In short, a perfect balance of professional and supportive. I don't know what magic they did in the background preparing the purchasers but they certainly weaved quite the spell around our house.
