Having only an hour left at Snells Beach looking at house's, we came across 'Little Miss Sunshine' at the 11th hour on a sunday evening.... Thinking its going to be impossible to get a viewing at this time of the week, we rung Debbie anyhow.... 10mins later we were inside the property !!! Amazing!!! 4 days later we were unconditional.
