Debbie has her ear to the ground and knows the local housing market inside out. Her advice was always sound and she conveyed it well. She was always easy to make contact with and when we found parts of the process stressful she managed to calm us. Negotiating a final price was relatively easy compared with other sales we been through. We appreciated the regular updates on viewings and interest in our property. Real estate is clearly in her blood and her enthusiasm showed through every time she showed prospective buyers around. She was very good at following up with prospective buyers and letting us know their thoughts - good and bad. Finally, I learned from Debbie that I have been making my bed all wrong for the last 40 years! If she ever leaves the real estate business she would make a very good interior designer.

I bought my house years ago and Steffan was the listing agent then. Great to work with, straight up, no nonsense guy. He left such an impression that when I considered selling there was only one person I wanted to work with. He knows the market well and I was thrilled with a fast sale. Anthony is an effective agent who was exhibits professional conduct. I had viewed many properties by the time I found my home, and it was one of the first viewings where I didn't feel pressured or rushed by the agent. Anthony followed up with me the following day and invited an offer (which I had already indicated that I would be making). He was personable and efficient. I would recommend Anthony to anyone selling thier property, and would recommend buyers keep a close eye on his listings for an easy experience.
