I enjoyed working with Jasmine Rohland (Jaz) through out the selling process. This was a big step for me as I was down sizing considerably. Jaz was always very helpful, positive and professional while also becoming a friend with good suggestions for presenting my property. She kept me informed after each open home viewer comments and up to date with the marketing. Even though the sale was a bit less than I would have liked we made it happen and I haven't regretted it. Fernanda - Honest, reliable, communication is fantastic and very professional. If we wanted something done, she would get onto it straight away and get back to us with regular updates. I had my son go to a lot of open homes as we are from out of Christchurch and Fernanda was the only agent who greeted him with a friendly smile and a joke or two, took time with him and answered all his questions while other potential buyers were looking through houses as well. NO other agents did this - including other Harcourts agents. Some were rude or even ignored him. Fernanda treats everyone equal and gives time and is very sincere.
