She was friendly, honest, and very thorough in our video call to view the property. I felt I was in good hands, and the property was exactly the way it was described. No hidden problems. We are very happy with our choice, and Aimielee even offered to help us transition to another home when this lease expires. It’s the kind of service that is rare, but very welcome and appreciated.

Aimieelee, took good care of our "business", followed up quickly when things needing to happen. The new tenants were also very positive about their experiences. Aimieelee gave us clear information about the potential tenants. The only thing I wonder, is whether Bayleys gets quotes (say at least two) for jobs to be done on the house. We were "a little" surprised by the more $ 700,-- dollar interior house cleaning bill for 100 sq m house.
