First of all , this is the very first time we have gone with Bayleys . We had always gone through private rentals . Must say Lorraine was and is very professional and her warm greeting to us made us feel comfortable with dealing with this real estate. Everything went so well . From first contact with Michelle I felt at ease, she was welcoming, processional and knows her stuff. Some questions I asked she rang the owner straight away, no second guessing, was totally honest and upfront. I was self doubting over a situation regarding the safety of my pet and together we sorted it out. Thankyou Michelle I’m blessed to have you as my house manager.

10/10 experiences would totally recommend to others, Michelle was so lovely and friendly even offered a hand with the kids ! for me this all new to house looking and finding a place to rent but with harcourts they made it easy ! communication was good If your looking for house to buy or rent definitely check out harcourts Marlborough, everyone who helped me was super friendly
