Overview of St Heliers, Auckland

The process was easy and efficient. Hasaru found and vetted some excellent tenants and had them signed up and ready to move in within weeks of advertising. Very clear communication throughout, I highly recommend.

Always responsive to queries and the reporting systems are very efficient and detailed. I have full trust in the team and feel confident my investment is being managed well and is looked after. Very happy.

Hasaru has been wonderful helping get property ready for rent and finding the perfect tenants for us. Nothing seems to hard for him to do, takes off all the stress and worries Thank you 🙏🏼

Initial experience good until listing. Communication dropped off considerably. New Manager - Callum, fantastic. Humble, hard working, great communicator and facilitator.

Excellent management of my rental.

Thanks to the work of Ling and the team in looking after my rental property. It has been a challenging period with building works, healthy homes assessments and changing tenants but these have all been taken care of seamlessly. Thanks!
