The first time we met Howard he gave us a good feeling of sincerity and professionalism. We were able to make a decision on renting the property after a thorough viewing with Howard. He responds to queries promptly and actioned requests in a timely manner. He is knowledgeable in property management, and the area that we were interested in. He was super helpful in arranging some minor fixes to the property. My first three months in the property was good, felt like home and the neighborhood was pleasant.
