We have had Harcourts Kaikoura as our property managers for many years and I can not rate them highly enough. They are very professional but have a very friendly approach - we feel like we know the team well. Their choice of tenants has been exceptional and they listen to what we want. They provide regular inspections and updates and manage repairs and maintenance very well. Living outside of the town we know we can rely on them totally. Don't know what we would do without them!

Clare is an absolute professional she is quick to email me with concerns and is able to provide an excellent balance between tenant and landlord interests.

Her communication is always excellent, inspections are thorough and detailed, and she is incredibly proactive when it comes to keeping on top of everything. Any maintenance issues are picked up and sorted quickly, with great communication throughout, which makes the whole process completely stress-free for us. Mikaela is professional, reliable, organised and genuinely cares about the properties she manages. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble, and we have complete confidence knowing our property is in such capable hands.

The agent was incredibly helpful throughout our rental search. Since we couldn’t visit in person, they went above and beyond by providing detailed video tours and assisting us remotely. Communication was excellent, professional and responsive. We really appreciated their effort, patience and support, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommending Mikaela as she is a wonderful professional.
