Overview of Georgetown, Southland

Huge thanks to the team at Smart Move Residential, especially Jo for looking after our investment property. They are great to work with, their service is incredibly professional, they are always efficient with attention to detail and their communication is seamless. Its been an excellent experience since we switched to their company because they truly take the stress out of property management. They ensure our property is well looked after and our tentant is happy. We know our property is in good hands! Highly reccomend Jo and the whole team!

We have used Tracy Love as a Property Manager for 8 years.. From the moment she started managing our properties, we felt completely understood, respected and totally commercially safe in her hands. Tracy has a unique ability to find and manage tenants. Tracy has a real talent in dealing with tenants, meaning that long-term steady tenancy is always maintained. Tracy also has a very in-depth knowledge of managing properties …. But what really sets Tracy apart is her great communication skills. She is always onto it. In summary we have no hesitation in recommending Tracy as a Property Manager..

Highly recommend Tracy and her team at Smart Move Residential. Tracy is one of the best property managers I have worked with — very knowledgeable, pragmatic, and always solution-focused. I’ve been extremely happy with their service to date.
