Problems were generally fixed in a timely manner--except for one BIG issue. However, the owners were unwilling to pay for the requisite repairs, so that can't be blamed on the property managers.

Gael was very helpful when showing me through my flat. She pointed out the new bathroom, asked if it was just going to be me living in the flat & made my day by offering it to me a little cheaper which sealed the deal even more for me.
