We have been working Smart Real Estate for approximately 1 year from selling a property to renting it out. Debra and Kama have been working hard on both selling and renting out our house. We highly recommend there services to anyone wanting to sell or rent out there property.

Thank you dear, Debra for your great service. We will be happy to work with you again in the future.

Susie-lee has been prompt in responding to any issues or queries. Any arising have been dealt with in a calm pleasant and professional manner.

Suzie Lee is a pleasure to deal with ,gets back to us promptly if we have any queries ,very friendly and goes the extra mile .Dont hesitate to recommend her.

We have had Harcourts Kaikoura as our property managers for many years and I can not rate them highly enough. They are very professional but have a very friendly approach - we feel like we know the team well. Their choice of tenants has been exceptional and they listen to what we want. They provide regular inspections and updates and manage repairs and maintenance very well. Living outside of the town we know we can rely on them totally. Don't know what we would do without them!

Very gd and easy to deal with very professional i would definitely recommend to others

So lovely to deal with and really good communication 10 out of 10 😊

All went smoothly, many thanks,
