They are very professional but have a very friendly approach - we feel like we know the team well. Their choice of tenants has been exceptional and they listen to what we want. They provide regular inspections and updates and manage repairs and maintenance very well. Living outside of the town we know we can rely on them totally. Don't know what we would do without them!
