We live in the house behind the rental, which could easily create confusion, as tenants may naturally try to approach us directly whenever something comes up. Line has managed this situation extremely well by setting clear and respectful boundaries from the beginning, while still making sure the tenants feel supported and heard. Her communication is clear, friendly and professional, and she responds quickly when issues arise. She keeps us well informed, handles problems efficiently and uses good judgment when managing the property and communicating with the tenants. This has protected our time and family routine while allowing the tenancy to run smoothly.
