I dealt with this team recently for a new rental, and found their conduct to be both professional and efficient. Viewing was booked and attended on time by the showing agents, who answered all relevant questions asked. This professionalism continued with quick follow-up from initial application due to tenancy agreement signing. Overall the process was very smooth and absent significant delays, which I'm sure is appreciated by both tenant and property owner alike.
