Where communication matters, Zephyr shinned! Was a pleasure selling our property with her and appreciate the efforts made for a zippy sale.

Zephyr was really informative, open and genuine to deal with. She listened carefully and suggested great options. My first contact with Zephyr was via a flyer in the letterbox stating that local property prices had increased 30% in the last 12 months. At age 82 this would make it possible for me to pay off a mortgage and move to a retirement village but i was a bit skeptical about the claim. However it was soon clear that Zephyr had a detailed knowledge of the local market and so i signed up. I was presented with a detailed marketing calendar and my Trentham Unit promotion went live on 5 October. Zephyr kept in regular contact both with emails and visits and it was not long before the first offer was received. However, she used her skill to negotiate a much better price and the sale became unconditional on 4 November. I was then provided with "after sale service' by way of rubbish removal and packing kitchen items in order to comply with settlement conditions which was very much appreciated due to my medical conditions. To top it all off Zephyr was able to secure a sale at $2lk higher than the BEO originally agreed which is testimony to her ability. I would have liked to have used a rating of "Very Good" but the options are too restrictive and should be expanded.

Zephyr was professional from the word go but didn't feel like she was just selling another home. She shared in thr excitement of this new journey. I bought the property from an elderly retirement guy who was moving to a retirement village. It's was amazing to witness the care and patience she showed towords him as well as to me and my two girls. My girls got a gift as well as chocolate flowers and bubbles. It is clear that it's not just a job for Zephyr but a passion to help people find a home. Would recommend her any day. Thanks Zephyr for making the process so smooth and pleased.

Zephyr was extremely helpful when we were selling out first home, she was quick with communication and timely with appointments. Selling a house with 3 under 4 isn’t an easy experience but she helped to take a a lot of the stress away by ensuring we always had lead time for viewings and open homes.
