Zay Steph and the team are incredibly hard working but friendly and easy to contact and communicate with. They answered any and all questions and went above and beyond to help us sell our home. Zay gave us realistic expectations and then delivered on them. The team at Harcourts went above and beyond to help us out with Staging etc. the sale wasn’t without false starts and difficulties but then team was amazing start to finish. I can’t recommend Zay and her team highly enough. Hard working, dedicated (I felt like we were their only vendors but know we weren’t) honest and able to have a laugh with us. We were a great team. We got well looked after by Team Zay, with both Steph and Zay working hard to get our property sold. It's been a very tough and slow market out there with the latest interest rate rises, but we got there and with a price we were happy with. Great way to end the year.
