Zay was professional throughout the entire process. Communicated clearly and we were impressed at her extra help she provided to support the seller as well as us, the buyers.

We didn’t feel welcomed or respected by Zay and didn’t feel she performed her job properly. Examples: 1. The offer meeting was the first time I met with Zay she didn’t acknowledge me, shake my hand or ask my name. 2. She got my partners name wrong multiple times and on correcting her in email she didn’t apologise. 3. She moved our meetings multiple times to work for her instead of us. 4. On pre inspection she left after five minutes because of other work, despite us rescheduling 3 times so she could be available for the appointment. 5. We were not provided the understanding and time to go through and inspect. She left us with the sellers instead of taking time there with us or even reaching out after to ask if we needed to talk through anything. Not acting as a conduit / doing her job. On expressing our disappointment to our friends and colleagues about our treatment, those who knew Zay said they had a similar experience - particularly women and that Zay acknowledges men but not women. Despite her earning commission from us purchasing this house, not only did she do the absolute bare minimum, she didn’t treat us with any respect. Just young buyers she wanted in and out and to get her money. We had a better experience with a colleague of hers when we picked up the keys- a genuinely nice lady. And no she did not present us the keys or a gift - a bottle of wine and coffee voucher for one - herself. Far too much work.

This is the second time we have used Zay. She always has exceptional market knowledge and gives straight forward, easy to understand advice.
