Yan has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to anything to do with real estate. 20+ years of practical building experience, 27 years in the real estate industry in Upper Hutt having marketed and sold all types of property from company share units to residential homes, land, farms, lifestyle properties, new builds, and subdivisions. Yan was also director of "Quesnel Property Managers Limited", a boutique specialist Property Management and Letting Company with the emphasis on quality tenant screening & hassle free property management, servicing the Hutt Valley. Great service

Yan went the extra mile in selling my property, could not fault anything through out the process.what I liked most about it was I was always kept in form about what was going on Came out with a great result above what I was expecting,I put this down to Yans hard work
