Great down to earth Agent!

As first timers with the selling and buying process we were a little anxious about it all. Willie made us feel very relaxed and assured us of all our steps along the way while simplifying the whole process for us. We had a couple of appraisals from other agents but couldn't help but be swayed towards Willie's down to earth nature and knowledge of the local market. Willie kept us well informed after inspections and open homes and were always up to date on intersted partys and potential offers. Willie had 3 offers to us within a week of being listed and house was sold not long after. Very small fees compared to some of the other agency's extremely high prices. A great agent who we would happily use again.
