Once we had a buyer there was no further interest in marketing the house, consistently talked down in 'value' of the house until sold, we were keen to sell so susceptible. Comparitive to the first agent we used the service was better in that we sold the house. However, my personal phone number has been given to the purchaser of the house without my consent which with REA advice is against the law, so not too impressed there. Took over a month for the sign to be removed from the house we purchased from the same agent.
