Wendy managed to sell our house after about 6 months on the market. She is very good at talking with potential customers and showing them around. There did need to be more communication between us as it was surprising that the company did not do all that is said on their list unless they were called and repeatedly asked about it. Photos were not chosen that best highlighted the house, it was a random selection. There was no professional overlook to the sale of our house. There were errors in advertising as well. But in the end, when brought to Wendy’s attention, she got it sorted and the house sold, so we are happy it is all over.

We were disappointed with Wendy as our agent. Once there was an offer Wendy showed no further interest to market the house. No more open homes were considered until suggested by us. Although Wendy agreed, it did not eventuate and no effort to communicate this with us was made. Wendy's appraisal was a lot lower than other appraisals we got and lower than what we were willing to sell for and got in the end. Maybe you do get what you pay for!
Wendy has some great experience and knowledge of the Papakura area, she also provided some helpful advice on what we should do with the property to increase our sale appeal. Arizto itself was great in terms of the price of marketing as well as final sale fees. The one element that we understand now but could possibly have been a bit more emphasized was that the communication was a bit lacking due to the fact that Arizto is getting a large increase of demand and so real estate agents have multiple houses on the market at the same time. We often had to get information such as if an open home was going ahead or if there had been any phone interest by calling Wendy directly and not waiting for a call. At a sale price of $5,000 though, this is kind of to be expected. It was probably that our expectations were not correct.
