I’m happy to share that my experiences with Wayne have been incredible. From the moment he knocked on my door asking if we wanted to sell, I knew this was someone who is willing to put in the effort to not only sell our house, but find us our next house. He then continued to build trust by helping us beyond his immediate job when we needed help translating with a contractor. Since then, he has continued to surprise me with his work ethic and making both my wife and I feel Harcourts are on our side. His communications are flawless, he’s a genuinely nice guy who clearly wants to help and do what is needed to secure what we need as a customer.
