We really liked working with Wayne throughout the process of buying our home. From the very first viewing, he struck a balance of being friendly and approachable without being pushy or overbearing, which made it easy to look through the property at our own pace. During negotiations, Wayne was respectful, calm, and never came across as aggressive or difficult to deal with. We always felt he was genuinely trying to make the deal work for both sides. He was fast and reliable with communication, which made a big difference during what can otherwise be a stressful process. We had a few issues picked up during the pre-settlement inspection. Wayne and the vendor quickly organised for an electrician to come out the very next day to sort things. Additionally he covered the cost of a replacement heater, which we had a concern about. That really stood out to us, it felt like he went beyond what you would normally expect from an agent and genuinely took steps to ensure a smooth process. Overall, Wayne made what can be a stressful process feel very smooth and well managed. He was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful at every stage. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell and would happily work with him again in the future.
