Wayne was very good in marketing our property. 4 week campaign and challenging environment. He was competitive and appraisal was above others, which was why we went with him. Unfortunately reality was we were 500-800k below his appraisal and our expectations took a hit. Overall Wayne did a good job bringing the buyers to auction. He is a very nice guy to deal with.
