Wayne done 2 open homes and unfortunately only had a few through. The house sold the day after the deadline. We didnt get as much as we thought we would but as Wayne explained the market is really unpredictable at the moment.

Disappointed we weren’t able to negotiate commission. It’s not the first time I’ve used an agent but first time where we couldn’t negotiate. After first open home, back door was left wide open overnight, neighbour’s advised us. Purchaser somehow got my number and tried negotiating even though it was a cash offer, this was due to the purchaser being allowed back on to the property after offer was accepted which I think was extreme poor. Shut that down immediately. Overall we end up getting a good price for the house so the above didn’t really matter. But if it was a first home seller it may have stressed them out. Just providing honest feedback and it’s nothing personal. Like I said we received a good offer and quick settlement.
