Wayne facilitated a quick pre-market sale of our house to enable us to meet our loan providers requirements and successfully purchase a new (upsized) home. The process was reasonably easy and quick, with additional guidance provided by our lawyer to ensure we would always have a roof over our head and not need temporary accommodation between homes. We received a fair price considering we did not go to market, offset with knowing that the purchaser was a first home buyer. Wayne was friendly with good communication.
