We had the pleasure to work with Warrick 4 times during our 11 years in NZ. Warrick is a great and honest guy. Working with him was a pleasure and we always felt very comfortable and safe. Always good and practical advice. Just a great mate that makes you feel comfortable, which is very important. Thanks Warrick
Warrick was great. He included me in the steps getting everything ready to go on the market, understanding I was a detail person! I was pleased with all his useful suggestions and really came through with a great sale price. Some years ago I sold an investment property with Warrick and for that I said I wanted minimal involvement and just to call when there are offers. Which is exactly how that sale worked. An agent for all seasons.
Our family had a great experience buying our house with Warrick as an agent. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and answered all our queries very promptly. It was always easy to communicate with him and we won’t hesitate to recommend his services to our friends.
Over the years we have used Warrick McCluskey to buy several properties and he was wonderful to deal with, helpful and answered all our queries promptly. Recently we used Warrick to sell 2 properties for us. We couldn't have asked for more. He dealt with our tenants in a caring and understanding manner. And best of all we got a fantastic result with both sales. We couldn't recommend him highly enough and would be happy to give a verbal reference to any prospective clients.
I would definitely recommend Warrick McCluskey at Tommy's Real Estate. He is the perfect agent and has great passion for Newlands and homes like ours. Before Warrick even appraised our property, he lent us his scaffolding and then when we did choose him he also offered for us (including our dogs) to stay at his home while we completed polishing our floors. If Warrick wasn't sincere then he should win an acting award.
Warrick was wonderful to deal with. He could not have been more helpful. Highly recommend Warrick as a professional and motivated real estate agent.
Warrick was up-front and honest from the get-go. His wealth of knowledge and professionalism were very evident when advising the most effective way to market my property. He was willing to listen to my ideas and was flexible in his strategy when needed. Warrick made the whole process very simple and straight-forward and his efforts resulted in a quick sale. Highly recommended!
Warrick went well above and beyond the call of duty in assisting us with the sale of our property. He gave great advice with the marketing, and even helped both inside and outside around the grounds. He was tireless in his efforts for us and was always available for any questions we had. He kept us well informed during the marketing, We couldn't have had a more skilled, caring and capable agent.
Not only is Warrick is the consummate professional, but once he sizes up the issues and problems, he also works really hard to get through them. He was really sensitive to my particular issues involved in this sale. I've never met a more helpful and hard working Agent in my 40 years of shifting house! Thanks Warrick.
We has a really good experience working with Warrick. He helped a lot us through for our first home purchase.
We loved dealing with Warrick. He is friendly, a good communicator, efficient and gets things done. His style suited us - not too much, not too little, just the right amount of intel when we needed it. He was prepared to a lot of grunt work on our behalf (as we didn't live at or near the property we were selling) all of which was appreciated as it was above and beyond. He managed to bring in multiple offers before the property formally went to market, using his contacts and his team. This was really what we wanted, rather than a protracted process to eek out the last dollar. However, as it happens, he also got us a fantastic price. Really happy, and no hesitation in recommending Warrick to future clients.
After deciding to sell my home, Warrick and the team (Emma) allowed me to position my home in the view of a wide buying market. Warrick helped with the presentation and ensured every potential buyer was able to view the house when they were able. A great communicator and always kept me informed of progress. Would happily work with Warrick and Emma again.
