Kept me well updated and talked me through process and options. Price came in about where expected, despite the falling market. Warrick is cheerful and optimistic, knows the market and the players in it very well. He also gave great advice on a purchase I was making, particularly around the history of some buildings and developers. And he took the time to help me work out what I was really looking for.

Although the market had started to turn Warrick kept things positive and chased up with the few available purchasers. The sales process was easy, we had a few building consent items not ticked off which Warrick advised us about and was easily sorted. Were pleased with the end result.
