He will work around your schedule and is always accommodating to fit you in his busy work schedule (even arriving at our door after an early evening gym session). He is an everyday guy with no airs and graces. Warrick explains everything in everyday language (no fancy big words) that is easily understandable. He provides you with relevant information so that you can make the right decisions for you. If he does not know the answer straight away, he fill come back to you in a timely manner. Cassie, Warrick's assistant, is a very friendly and approachable young woman and is more than willing to help where she can. Warrick and Cassie do a great job keeping you well informed via email, messenger or text. They provided us with weekly reports on the marketing and open home times. They are easily contacted and are both willing to help you with whatever questions or queries you have. I have no hesitation to refer them on to friends or family should they need their services with either buying or selling their home.
