I would highly recommend engaging Warren, Philippa and James to sell your home. From the word go, I felt respected, supported and confident in this team. They brought such a in-depth knowledge of the buying/selling process and the current market. The process was seemless and I always felt informed and involved. I felt part of the team and completely part of the whole process. The photos and signage were fantastic and I recieved a lot of positive feedback about how amazing it looked. Despite the first open homes being during a cyclone we still had a signed contract in 6 days. With a quick settlement it was a stressful time but I knew that I didn’t have to worry about a thing apart from packing.
