I chose Warren and Phillipa to market my property because of their high ethical standards, professional approach, knowledge about Mt Eden - despite it being a different part of Auckland to where they are currently based - their cheerful manner and the easy way they relate to people. And my goodness what a good decision it was!! Phillipa pointed out how I could improve the presentation of my home and garden, none of which cost me anything, and which elicited complimentary comments from those who attended the open homes. There were four offers at the end of the deadline sale, none of which were attractive to me. Phillipa and Warren suggested that they tweak the advertising and that we go back to the market with a price. This attracted a different type of buyer and very quickly there were three new offers. The offer I accepted was well above the asking price so it was an extremely pleasing outcome. During the selling period I was rather emotional as I have owned my home for 40 years and it was difficult to let go. Both Phillipa and Warren were understanding, encouraging, and compassionate which helped me a lot. They also kept me fully informed after the open homes each week. Would I recommend that you use Phillipa and Warren to market your property....DEFINITELY!!
