David the auctioneer was also brilliant - very patient and really worked the bidders - so together they made a formidable team. The only downside (and not a reflection on Vivek) has been the long settlement period (7 months, unfortunately the norm for developers) - if we hadn't been realistic and accepted the risk that comes with that, we may have had a different outcome.
