I was a bit weary as had a bad experience with the previous agent. But Vivek and Nikhil restored my faith in the process. They cast the net wide and got an impressive number of bidders at the auction (a number of these were sourced by other agents / agencies which was fine by them). Vivek and his team know the market. They did not pressure us. Gave honest feedback I felt. The only tiny improvement might be a wee bit more comms with us as we were first time sellers. I would highly recommend going with them.
