They cast the net wide and got an impressive number of bidders at the auction (a number of these were sourced by other agents / agencies which was fine by them). Vivek and his team know the market. They did not pressure us. Gave honest feedback I felt. The only tiny improvement might be a wee bit more comms with us as we were first time sellers. I would highly recommend going with them.
