Viv made the process of purchasing our new home seamless. Our first viewing of the property was perfect, we were given a warm greeting and overview and left to explore the home at our own speed. Viv worked to accommodate our every need, our questions answered with timely knowable responses. Highly recommend Viv as someone who can get the job done, whether your selling or buying.
We've been trying to sell our parent's property for some time, and it just wasn't happening. But Viv was positive right from the start. She totally took the stress out of the sale and took care of everything. We got a great price in a difficult market, so very happy.
Viv helped me buying a property whilst i was overseas. She kept me informed and stayed in contact troughout the proces. 4 out of 5 is well earned. She did a mighty fine job. Thanks 👍
Viv was polite and respectful. Communication was excellent but not forceful. When extra documents were needed to confirm consents for prospective property, Viv was prompt with the appropriate documents.
Viv never took her foot off the gas, I felt like a priority the whole time not pushed off to the side as time went and new listings come up. Viv was always ahead of letting me know anything that was happening, I never had to wonder, her communication was top notch. Tough market at the time meant I had to adjust my expectations on the sale price but due to our circumstances we did what we could and Viv was insightful and helpful during this process, I always felt she had my best interests in mind. 5 stars for Viv I'd recommend her any day of the week!

Viv is an exemplary real estate agent. A true professional. I will always be deeply grateful for her guidance and compassion during the successful sale of my childhood home.
Viv made the purchase of our first home so easy! When you’re a first home buyer there are so many things you don’t know about or think about but she made us feel at ease with great communication all the way. Highly recommend Viv, so easy to approach and very helpful.
Viv helped sell my house that I've owned for 26yrs, she made the whole experience very easy to deal with and made sure I got the price I was asking. Even managed to get a multi offer within a week of listing it. Experience and knowledge in this market goes a long way. Thank you Viv.
