Viv was polite and respectful. Communication was excellent but not forceful. When extra documents were needed to confirm consents for prospective property, Viv was prompt with the appropriate documents.

Viv never took her foot off the gas, I felt like a priority the whole time not pushed off to the side as time went and new listings come up. Viv was always ahead of letting me know anything that was happening, I never had to wonder, her communication was top notch. Tough market at the time meant I had to adjust my expectations on the sale price but due to our circumstances we did what we could and Viv was insightful and helpful during this process, I always felt she had my best interests in mind. 5 stars for Viv I'd recommend her any day of the week!
