We had an incredible experience working with Vikas (and Prateek) to purchase our first home. From the very beginning, he was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely patient, walking us through every step of the process. He was also very kind and accommodating, showing us the property several times while we were making up our minds. He was always available to answer our questions and provided thoughtful advice, which helped us feel confident in our decisions. Thanks to his dedication and expertise, we now have our perfect first home!
Me and my wife met Vikas at one of his open homes initially, then at another one. From those 2 meetings we were sure who will list our home and sell it for us. We have found Vikas to be very helpful as he had enormous up-to-date market knowledge and provided us with current market insights. We were in constant communication through the days our home was on the market and got regular feedback even though we were out of country. Our experience has been a wonderful one and great results archived by Vikas. We highly recommend Vikas and Prateek from team P&V if you are looking for selling your property. I have no doubt that they will get you the best results. Thank you Vikas for helping us sell our home...
Vikas and his team helped me sell my home when I was looking to downsize to save my costs. Vikas helped me come up with deadlines that suited me and my goals, and was proactive with getting potential buyers through the house. Vikas and his photographer were great at quickly moving furniture or kitchen items around to get great advertising shots in just a few minutes per room. I really appreciate the fast communication, unblocking roadblocks, and the emotional support on the day of the auction. I highly recommend Vikas for his great work ethic, honesty and getting the result I needed.
My partner and I bought a property from Vikas and his partner Prateek. They were very easy to deal with. They have the knowledge, responsive, and professional. We're happy with the purchase.
